Job Description
- Continuously expand knowledge of respective Technology and solutions & always deliver exceptional customer service
- Answer all questions and address all concerns that the customer may have & help customers by providing the right product or service.
- Arrange the demonstration of product as per costumer convenient
- Co-ordinate with site engineers and identify the problems facing by the existing clients and provide a solution
- Follow up with potential customers to generate more revenue
- Responsible to drive the targets for the product portfolio in support with team members
- Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Keeping up with product & service information and updates
- Responsible for preparing the proposal, get the purchase order, negotiate with supplier, arrange delivery
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Skills Required
- Significant work experience in sales and customer service
- Must have knowledge in IT Infrastructure product and services
- Able to work cooperatively as part of a team
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
